Platform Usage Data: Mentorship session history, community interactions, posts, and replies in Spaces. Financial Data: Payment details when purchasing subscriptions (processed securely via third-party gateways). 2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION Your data is used strictly to enhance your experience on CoworkHer: To facilitate accurate matchmaking between Mentors and Mentees. To manage scheduling, recurring sessions, and meeting links. To maintain a safe, women-only environment through our community moderation toolkit. 3. TRUST, SAFETY, & DATA SHARING CoworkHer is a closed, secure community. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your data is only shared with your scheduled Mentor/Mentee (limited to profile and session context) or legal authorities if required by law. 4. GOOGLE WORKSPACE API DATA USAGE CoworkHer's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements. Data Protection Mechanisms: We take the security of your Google user data seriously. Any sensitive data retrieved from your connected Google Account (such as calendar events) is protected using industry-standard encryption protocols (e.g., HTTPS/TLS for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest). Access to this data is strictly limited to the automated systems required to provide the core scheduling functionality of our platform. Data Retention and Deletion: We retain your Google Calendar data only for as long as your Google account remains connected to CoworkHer. If you choose to disconnect your Google Calendar integration or permanently delete your CoworkHer account, all associated Google user data is automatically and permanently deleted from our active servers. Additionally, users can revoke CoworkHer's access to their data at any time directly through their Google Account Security settings.
