A more personalised mentoring experience As part of this first cohort, you'll receive more than access to a mentoring platform. Over the course of a month, we'll work closely with you to help you get the most out of the experience. We'll take the time to understand your goals, guide you through the platform, help you identify the mentors best suited to your needs, and support you throughout your journey. Sometimes one conversation is enough to help you move forward. What we ask in return In return, we'll ask you to actively engage with the experience. Throughout the programme, we'd love to hear your honest feedback so we can continue improving CoworkHer for future members. Of course, we'll always ask for your approval before sharing anything publicly. Applications We're welcoming 10 women into this first cohort. Over the course of the month, you'll receive personalised support from the CoworkHer team, be matched with mentors based on your goals and aspirations, and have the opportunity to experience the full value of mentorship in a supportive community.
