Well. This is a big one. After months of building, testing, rewriting, overthinking, changing things, changing them back, and trying to turn a very human need into an actual platform, CoworkHer is officially live. CoworkHer is a mentorship and community platform for women who want more support, more clarity, and more honest conversations around work. It was built for the moments where career growth gets blurry. When you are preparing for a salary conversation. Thinking about a career change. Wondering if you are ready for the next step. Navigating leadership. Starting over. Building something. Feeling stuck. Or simply needing to speak to someone who has been there before. Because professional growth is not just about ambition. Most women have plenty of that. It is also about access. Access to people, conversations, perspective, practical advice, and spaces where you do not have to pretend you have everything figured out before asking for help. That is what CoworkHer is here to create. What you can do on CoworkHer At launch, members can create a profile, explore the mentor community, join the community spaces, and start connecting with women who bring different experiences, industries, perspectives, and career paths. The idea is simple: when you are facing a professional question, you should not have to rely only on luck, timing, or whoever happens to be around you. You should be able to find someone who can help you think things through. Someone who can share what they learned the hard way. Someone who can challenge you kindly, ask the right question, or help you see your options more clearly. CoworkHer brings together one-to-one mentorship and community because both matter. A private conversation with the right mentor can be incredibly useful. But there is also something very powerful about realising you are not the only one asking certain questions. Sometimes support is advice. Sometimes it is perspective. Sometimes it is simply hearing: “Yes, I’ve been there too.” Good to know CoworkHer brings together one-to-one mentorship and community support, so women can access practical guidance, honest conversations, and perspective when they need it. Built with founding mentors CoworkHer launches with a circle of founding mentors who believed in the idea early, before everything was polished and before the platform was live. They come from different countries, industries, backgrounds, and career paths. They bring experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, communications, technology, healthcare, human resources, innovation, strategy, career transitions, visibility, and more. But more than anything, they bring generosity. They chose to share their time, experience, perspective, and lessons learned with other women. This is only the beginning CoworkHer is live, but this is still the beginning. The platform will evolve. The community will grow. We will learn from our first members, our mentors, our conversations, and probably from a few things that do not go exactly as planned. That is part of building something new. But the intention is clear: CoworkHer exists to make mentorship and career support more accessible, more human, and more practical for women.
